DESCRIPTION:Chef Joe Peroney will be teaching a private pasta making class in the speakeasy. \nChef Joe will teach you how to make delicious pasta from scratch so you can impress your friends and family with your newfound culinary skills. This in-person event is a fantastic opportunity to learn from a seasoned chef in a fun and relaxed environment. \nTickets include one free beverage (to be picked from a choice of 3 at the event) and there will be a private bartender assigned to the class. You may order any drink from their hand-crafted menu during the duration of the class. \nTwo pasta dishes will be served at the end of class. One dish will consist of hand cut noodles that Chef Joe pairs with white truffle oil and parmesan and the second dish will be Chef Joe’s homemade lasagna. 24 layers of pasta\, cheese\, basil and sauce. This lasagna will change your life.
